Care Instructions

  1. Temperature-Sensitive Pigment Notice (by Season)

  • The low-temperature reactive pigment used in this product is sensitive to external temperature changes, and the color-changing speed may vary depending on the season. In winter, the color change occurs more quickly due to the lower temperature, while in summer, it may appear slower due to higher temperatures.

  • During cold winter months, if the product is left outdoors for a long time, discoloration may occur. In such cases, wrapping the glass in your hands or rinsing it with lukewarm water will immediately restore its original color.

  1. Usage Precautions

  • The color change begins at temperatures below 18°C, and the vivid red tone appears below 10°C.

  • For a faster color change, pre-cool the glass in the refrigerator before use.

  • The speed of color change may vary depending on the environment and the individual glass.

  • Continuous exposure of the printed area to ultraviolet light may reduce the color-changing effect or cause the pigment to lose its original hue. Please take care during use and storage.

  • The glass may break if subjected to impact or sudden temperature changes.

  • Do not use for purposes other than intended.

  1. Storage and Cleaning Precautions

  • Store away from direct sunlight, as continuous exposure to UV rays may reduce the color-changing effect or alter the original color.

  • Using a dishwasher or abrasive scrubbers may damage the printed design.

  • Do not sterilize with boiling water.

  1. Exchange and Return Policy

  • Minor scratches, fine lines, ripples, or small air bubbles that may occur during the glass manufacturing process are not considered defects and are not grounds for exchange or return.
