Concept

Introducing the “Badge(Leopard Pattern)” Series, Inspired by Korea’s Rich Heritage of Tiger Art.

This collection features a variety of tiger-themed designs drawn from Korea’s long-standing tradition as a cultural powerhouse of tiger imagery.

The tiger faces are inspired by artifacts housed in the National Museum of Korea, including the Leopard Pattern Kiln Cover, Four-Panel Tiger Folding Screen and Eight-Panel Tiger Folding Screen.

Features

<Hyungbae> design is based on the “Twin Tiger Insignia” worn on the chest of military officials’ uniforms during the Joseon Dynasty.

<Gapma> depicts a tiger reaching for the stars, symbolizing hope and the belief that dreams will one day come true.

<Maengho> captures the fierce expression of a tiger from Kim Hong-do’s painting Tiger Under a Pine Tree (Songha Maenghodo).

Experience the power and protective spirit of tigers from traditional Korean folk art.
