Concept
This product was created for the 2022 special exhibition organized in commemoration of the gift by the family of the late Samsung Group chairman Lee Kun-hee. It features graphics inspired by one of the major items involved, the ten-panel folding screen Ten Symbols of Longevity. The design reflects a refreshing seasonal atmosphere, vibrant colors, and line illustration techniques popular among young people.
Paintings of ten symbols of longevity feature elements such as the sun, mountains, water, rocks, pine trees, clouds, lingzhi mushrooms, tortoises, cranes, and deer, all of which represent wishes for a long life. This product is a nametag that can be used to mark belongings during travel and expresses hopes for safe travels and good health.

Relic
Wishes for a Long and Healthy Life Animate or inanimate objects that live long lives or stand unchanged served as popular motifs for art as symbols of longevity. These included the sun, mountains, stream, rocks, pine trees, clouds, tortoises, cranes, deer and Lingzhi mushrooms of immortality, but they were not invariably depicted all together. This folding screen features two additional motifs, bamboos and peaches, to provide a more abundant and colorful composition. It is an outstanding piece of art that shows a high level of perfection.
