Concept

Square bojagi have long been used in Korea to store and carry a wide variety of items, including books, clothing, food, and tableware. Inspired by the Unmundan Bojagi from the collection of the National Museum of Korea, this product reimagines the traditional wrapping cloth as a miniature bojagi that can also be used as a magnet.

Crafted by hand using yangdan, a type of polyester fabric traditionally used for hanbok, each piece delicately recreates the distinctive knots of bojagi. The collection features five styles in total, including traditional knots such as Jeong Knot, Round Knot, Butterfly Knot, and Topknot, as well as a ribbon knot that has been reinterpreted in a modern style.

Features

A magnet is attached to the back or bottom of the bojagi, allowing it to be displayed on any magnetic surface such as refrigerators or whiteboards.
